Error message "An error occurred while deleting the project"

When I open a project in a new version it asks if you would like to "Duplicate this Project before oncerting it" to which I agree in case something goes array with the transfer. This resuults in another project being added with a the project name with the suffix like v2022_2 or in some cases v2022_2 (1). I have been trying to tidy up this area lately but when I try to delete these projects I get this error message - An error occurred while deleting the project.
Is there anyway that these duplicate projects can be simply deleted please?
Any help will be appreciated.

Hello. If you are 100% sure what exactly you want to remove, then try this:
1) Close the program.
2) Go to "My Documents\Incomedia\WebSite X5 - Pro".
3) Delete those projects that you don't need.
Be very careful! If you delete a project, you will not be able to restore it!
