Hello again, having spoken to my hoster, PHP has been enabled and they advised me to upload the email form to the cgi server they created. This I have done but on testing the site after uploading, the form still does not send. Can anybody advise what I may be diong wrong??
I have atatched a screenshot of the send page. Note the sender email address is not ticked (should it be) However if so I does not seem to allow me to input anything in the box when ticked!!!
Any advice on this greatly appreciated

Following on from my previous post, I have attached a screen shot of the cgi directory the host as provided and asked me to put the booking form into.
is it just a case of uploading the site to this directory or do I need to do anything else??
Is there somthing I am missing here
This is what they said in there email to me,
"Looking on your account you should be able to get PHP enabled on your webspace. This needs to be requested through the member centre as stated in the help section you are referring to. As you have correctly stated, this is related to MySQL. Please be advised, once activated, you will need to move the content of your webspace into the new CGI folder that will be created"
They have activated the PHP and I moved the content of the webspace to the new server. However do I also need to delete the contents of the old server maybe??

The site has been uploaaded for quite a while on the standard server, but my web host said I need to move the project files to the CGI folder which is on a different server (the one on the second screen shot) to enable the form to send correctly. I tried this but the email does not send but dowloads on to my computer !!
Are the settings correct on my first screenshot I sent (sent again below)
