Sending attachment with e-mail form

In my email form I have also field "attach file". When I select file and then push send button, I get email with only other fields data without attachment. What is going wrong?

Letsyour providerfromtheirwebpageattachments, check theconditionsin the hostingand askyour providermayliketheserver is set.

Check please what email script type you are using in the preferences on step 0 and if t here are any limits with your hosting provider on sending emails with the php mail () function.
