I paid for a new subscription 11/10/2021, (transaction ID 164241729). I was sent the activation code but with a note that nothing needed to be done. I checked that the new licence was active but it shows that the expiry date is the same as before. Also when I open X5 Pro it tells me that my licence will expire soon (Nov-21)
Anyone with ideas?

An admin will contact you today and manually enter the extension in your account. There are problems with the automatic extension by the user.
