Email form do not work in Website X5 pro. I know there where topics on the subject but they do not resolve my problem. The PHP on my domain is 5.4.45 and it is active.

Is there a way to solve it?

Second, do I have a space to upload my webpage on Incomedia server? With which username and password and IP?

Your details for sending an email are identical to mine, so it should work.  Does your host provide an smtp server in order to send out the email?

Hello Marius,

The Incomedia support team usually answer all queries within 24/48 hours during normal working hours, as per your software license agreement.

But please remember that this is the Easter holiday weekend, and as a consequence replies may be delayed:

This forum is the official channel for support, again as per your software license agreement.

Kind regards,

Paul

Hello Marius,

Did you try to change email script type in step 4 Data management to see if another script type works on your hosting provider?

Does your hosting supports the PHP mail() function?

If not ask if they allows to send with SMTP and in case also which SMPT data you need to use to send the emails so you can enter them in step 4 data management after you select as email script type the STMP one.

Many thanks!
