Generic error (eshop)

Suddenly without make any change in the eshop of my site, when someone makes a purchace, in the last step when he submits the order it shows up a text box which say Generic error. What can i do to fix it?
This problem had not being fixed even with the latest update.

Check the PHP on the server (5.6 mini, 7.xx advisable).

I activate the account of the admin with an email but i think nothing changed.

Hi George,
Please contact your provider to verify that PHP is running on the server and that it has been configured properly. Some providers, infact, especially those offering free space do not support PHP code execution.
