Can not download template

I just paid for 50 credits so I could download Pit Stop Shop template, but I get an error telling me: Can not download - how do I get this template?

This sometimes happens with free templates, too. Then you just have to repeat the download until it works.
Doesn't this work with purchased templates?

Where can I find the templates that I buy?
When you buy one of the WebSite X5 Templates from the Marketplace, you will receive an email with the order details. After having started the software, you will find the Template you just purchased in the available template list in the Licensed category of the Template selection window.
