I ran "lodctr /R"...... no problem...... restarted computer, tried to run Website X5 Pro..... BUT the same problem occurred whilst updating libraries...
Website Pro version 12 continues to run well....
Should I do the re-installation from scratch again? will this help?
Regards
Toni
Did you run at the command prompt as an 'administrator' in Windows (right-click on command prompt shortcut icon)?
Uninstalling and reinstalling can do no harm... there is nothing to lose by trying it.
If you continue to experience difficulty then please let us know, and wait for the Incomedia support team to assist further (usually within 24/48 hours excluding weekends).

I am logged in as administrator... ran it and there were No Errors....
interesting to note that the program size for Website X5 Pro version 12 is 547 MB but Version 13 is only 289 MB.... is this right? I will unistall version 13 and will re-install it....
Regards
Toni
The underlying code was completely rewritten for version 13, and is now 64-bit compatible. Yes, the setup file is smaller than version 12.

hmmmmmmm....... not working out..... same problem after re-installing version 13.... :(
note that I also tried to run Website X5 Pro version 13 as administrator and still the problem persists...
how do I check that I ran the command prompt as administator? the fact that it does not give me an error (error 5) indicates that it is not a problem... correct?
Did you right click on the cmd.exe shortcut icon and select 'Run as administrator' from the context menu?
