Object does not install

The object IMAGE ZOOM is ready for installation (see picture) but will not install. It says: "No concact with the Incomedia server, try it again later".
By the way: Objects I did not buy are indicated by their price: f.i 12 credits.
How do I get it working?

Gert - it appears you are not Robinson Crusoe, there must be an issue on the Incomedia server.

Gert, other objects with similar issues seem to have been resolved. Can you please check to see if you can install now?

Try without firewall, maybe that helps.
I just tested it and I could make connection.

Disable your firewall and anti virus, also try running your program as administarator right click run as administrator.

Tried that, but it does not help me.
Checked: in my version 13 is it working. So I once bought it!
Anoying that it does not work in v14.

Hello Gert,
Try to delete all content in:
C:\Users\ YOUR WINDOWS USERNAME \AppData\Local\Incomedia\WebSite X5 v14 - Professional\PluginApps
And then start the program and try to install it again.

In v13 no problem with this specific object. In v14 no problem with all objects, except this one. Matter of comptabilty?

: It's done, the installation.
I am happy, because it's a nice object this IMAGE ZOOM which I can use in my websites to show details of piggy banks!
