Text Object content disappears after upgrade  en

I upgraded to Website X5 Pro 2021.4.7 and immediately attempted to open a long-existing project with the latest version. After spending several minutes watching the "Initializing Project files..." screen, the project eventually opened.

To my shock, all my Text objects are missing content and are now blank! When I open any Text object, I see the screen seen in the attached.

Is there any way for me to revert to the earlier version of Website X5 Pro?

Also, why would upgrading cause this?

Hello.

"Is there any way for me to revert to the earlier version of Website X5 Pro?" - You can revert to a previous version only if you have a project for a previous version.

"Also, why would upgrading cause this?" - maybe something went wrong in the program.

Hi,

Thanks for the response.

I have the project backup option turned on by default. How can I get the previous Website X5 Professional version to re-install? My online account options only show the latest version.

PS: At this point, I am locked out of my projects unless I go back to an earlier version.

Thanks again. I reverted to the 2021.3.5 version. Now all my Text Object content is visible once again.

I discovered that Mozilla VPN was causing compatibility problems with Website X5 Pro 2021.4.7. So, once I upgraded again to this version, I disabled Mozilla VPN and things worked fine.

Disabling Mozilla VPN resolves the problem.
