3 installs same message cannot load counter name data reinstall

Cannot install updates after setup get message:
please reinstall cannot load counter name data because an invalid index was read from the registry.
3 installs same message. installed as admin no help.
win 10 64 bit. v12 no problems.

Hello Gerald,
Please open Start in windows and search for cmd.exe to open the windows command prompt and then type:
lodctr /R
And then hit enter.
Once done try to start the program again.
Please keep me updated.

Messed around after research and tried it I think under admin and it didn't come back as fast, but now it is error 2.
