Version 13 prof; not able to start (missing category)  en

after downloadong, installing and activating version 13 prof.  not able to start website X5.

Get message to reinstall because category is missing.

I believe I have the same problem .....gave an error message regarding missing category and then gives the appearance of updating libraries but stays there.

Are you running your program as administrator?

Could you please right-click on the program icon then select ''run as administrator'' and let me know if you have the same error?

Hi,

try to go in this path: C:\Users\youruser\AppData\Local\Incomedia\WebSite X5 v13 - Professional

and delete this folder, then open the program and try again. Let me know.

the correct path is  C:\Users\yourusername\AppData\Local\Incomedia\WebSite X5 v13 - Professional

delete this folder, then open the program and try again. Let me know.

Please inform us about the status of this bug.

A lot of our projects will be delayed as we can't work with version 13.

I tried to re-install version 12 with any succes netiher

Hi, I got an answer in german under the link:

This works, here short in english:
run cmd.exe (as administrator)
type lodctr /R and press Enter

Try to start the program, at me it will directly starts. If not try to run the program as administrator.
