Version 13 prof; not able to start (missing category)

after downloadong, installing and activating version 13 prof. not able to start website X5.
Get message to reinstall because category is missing.

I believe I have the same problem .....gave an error message regarding missing category and then gives the appearance of updating libraries but stays there.
I have same issue. Version 13.0.0.13. attached is screen grab.

Are you running your program as administrator?
Could you please right-click on the program icon then select ''run as administrator'' and let me know if you have the same error?

try to go in this path: C:\Users\youruser\AppData\Local\Incomedia\WebSite X5 v13 - Professional
and delete this folder, then open the program and try again. Let me know.

Hi. I have the same error again, also I deleted the folder but the program will not start.
my folder is empty.. and after restart of windows the error is teh same..
Have deleted all older versions ....run as adminstrator and still getting same error!!

the correct path is C:\Users\yourusername\AppData\Local\Incomedia\WebSite X5 v13 - Professional
delete this folder, then open the program and try again. Let me know.

This works, here short in english:
run cmd.exe (as administrator)
type lodctr /R and press Enter
Try to start the program, at me it will directly starts. If not try to run the program as administrator.
